To get started, go to the Shop section located in the top menu of the site. Here you will find all categories of products available on Arven.at. You can choose from the following categories:

• Beds - stylish and comfortable beds made of natural wood;
• Tables - practical solutions for the dining room or workspace;
• Steps - functional elements for stairs;
• Bedside tables - bedside tables for the bedroom;
• Chests of drawers - for storing clothes and accessories;
• Interior accessories - carved paintings (bas-reliefs) for your home.

Select the desired category to get acquainted with the products.

To find the right product faster, use the filters located in the Shop section on the left of your screen. You can sort products by the following parameters:

• Sorting: by price (from lowest to highest or vice versa), by name (alphabetically), by newness (new products first).
• Wood colour: light or dark.
• Selecting the required Section
• Sorting by brand: Lux Arven - more expensive, Standard Arven - budget products

Select the necessary parameters to narrow your search and find furniture that fits perfectly into your interior.

When you have found a suitable product, click on its card to open a detailed description page. Here you will find information about the product's features, dimensions, materials, and photos. Make sure that the product meets your expectations and click the "Add to Cart" button. The product will then be added to your basket and you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

To place an order, go to your shopping basket (the basket icon is usually located in the upper right corner of the site). In the basket, you will see a list of selected products, their quantity and total price. Check it carefully:

• Description of each product;
• Price;
• Delivery cost (it will be calculated at the next stage). Fill in the delivery details (address, contact information) and choose a payment method.
• If everything is correct, click the ORDER button.

All prices on the website are quoted in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with EU law. We accept payment in the following ways:

• Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard and others);
• Through popular payment systems (PayPal and Stripe).

After clicking the "ORDER" button, an invoice containing the payment details (bank account information and the exact amount due) will be automatically sent to your specified email address.
If you require an invoice issued to your company or organization’s specific details, please contact our manager via your preferred method (the contact form on our website, email, or messenger).
Payment must be made using the provided details within 3 calendar days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within 3 days, and no proof of transfer is provided, the order will be automatically canceled.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this email confirms that we have received your order, but the purchase agreement will only be considered concluded once we have dispatched the goods and you have received a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to reject an order, for example, if the product is out of stock or there is a price error. In such a case, we will notify you and refund the money paid

Delivery costs are calculated individually based on:

• Weight and dimensions of the goods;
• The chosen delivery method;
• Delivery address.

Information about shipping costs is displayed before confirming your order. In some cases, we offer free delivery - check the conditions on the website (for example, when ordering for a certain amount).
After the order is sent, you will receive a notification with delivery information and a waybill number. We will make every effort to deliver the goods on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (for example, actions of carriers or force majeure)

Upon receipt of the goods, be sure to check the integrity of the packaging and the absence of visible damage in the presence of a delivery representative. If you notice any damage, draw up a report together with the courier and contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or via the feedback form on the website. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you from the moment they are handed over to the delivery service.
